Check-in baggage

Travelers are requested before they come to the airport, to carefully check the weight and dimensions of their baggage so that it should not go beyond the limits authorized by the airline company.

  • Liquids, pastes, gels and aerosols: You can travel with samples, wherein the volume does not go beyond 100 ml, and they must be carried in a transparent and enclosed plastic bag.

  • Forbidden objects in the baggage compartment:

For reasons of security, certain articles are forbidden in the baggage compartment, including:

  • Explosives
  • Flammable liquids, solids or gas
  • Organic oxidizing agents and peroxides
  • Toxic or infectious substances
  • Corrosive substances

We advise you to register the maximum amount of your luggage and objects in the baggage compartment (especially, any object that is forbidden in the passenger section of the plane), and to keep in your hand luggage only what is absolutely indispensable during your flight.

The security of the airport platform is covered by the High Authority of Security and Facilitation (HASF).

Runway security (GTA)

The Air Transport Group of the National Gendarmes is mainly responsible for the runway security and the structures built upon the airport zone in general.
